One day, a mysterious man named Aldred suddenly attacks the prince. He fights back by shapeshifting, but Aldred responds with a shapeshift of his own! However, he is unable to control the dragon's power and goes berserk, after which the prince and his allies pursue him.

Elisanne: The reports said there were a large number of fiends amassing here, but this is something else entirely.
Notte: Dude, the whole village is just...gone.
Elisanne: Wait! Look there!
Cleo: It seems their vast numbers were no exaggeration.
The Prince: Come on, everyone! It's time to take these fiends out for good!
Ranzal: Sweet creepin' hell, they just keep comin'! Fine then—see how ya like THIS!
The Prince: Enough of this. It's time to shapeshift! O dragon, lend me your power!
The Prince: *pant* *pant* Did...I get them...?
Notte: Get 'em? You wiped the floor with 'em!
Cleo: Still, this is no time for celebration; I cannot imagine fiends gathering in such numbers without some manner of outside stimulus compelling them.
Ranzal: This whole thing stinks to high heaven, and I wanna know who's responsible!
???: A shapeshifter, is it? I guess the Syndicate finally managed to create the perfect specimen they were searching for.
Luca: Who's there?!
The Prince: Who are you, stranger?
Mysterious Person: Don't start getting high and mighty just because you managed to sweep aside a few scrawny fiends.

Ranzal: Uh, boss? I don't want to get all technical, but it looks like this here cat's got a dragon...arm...thingie goin' on.

The Prince: Augh!
Elisanne: Hold on, Your Highness! We're coming!
Mysterious Person: Back off, peons! This is not your fight!
Ranzal: Holy hell! That dragon arm thingie's got a punch like a runaway wagon!

Luca: He's strong enough to fight the prince on equal terms... This is incredible...
Elisanne: This is not the time for marveling with your jaw agape, Luca! We must help him!
Notte: Hang on! Something's happening to angry dragon guy!

Mysterious Person: AAAAAAGH! URAAAAAAGH!
Luca: Uh, wow. Okay. Looks like he took off.
Cleo: Well, THAT was an experience.
The Prince: Is everyone okay?
Ranzal: Nothin' a hot bath and a roll of bandages won't fix. Bigger question is, who in the name'a hell WAS that guy?
The Prince: I don't know, but I don't think he's related to anyone of my bloodline.
???: Wait, can it be? Are you a member of the Alberian royal family?!
Notte: He sure is! ...Also, wait a sec. You're that dragon from earlier!
???: Yes. My name is Andromeda, and I need your help. Please!
Andromeda: Help me save that man— help me save Aldred!
Elisanne: And how would you like us to do such a thing, exactly?
Andromeda: He has doubtlessly collapsed somewhere, drained of energy after his rampage. If a fiend or other enemy comes along, he'll be at their mercy!
Luca: Did you miss the part where this guy went bonkers and attacked us? Why would we help him?!
Andromeda: I know how absurd it sounds, but you must trust me when I tell you this is all just a...very large misunderstanding.
Andromeda: I don't have time to explain everything. Please help me! I beg you!
Ranzal: Well, boss? Whatcha say?
The Prince: Whether we want to help him or not, we can't leave a violent man like that to wreak who-knows-what kind of havoc.
Cleo: Also, if we can find him, it might help us understand why so many fiends suddenly appeared in this place earlier.
