Arctos pinpoints Ramona's weak point: She doesn't completely trust her sisters, and reduces the level of her heat as a result. Realizing this, she learns to believe in her sisters instead of doubting them, which unleashes the true power of her ability.

Ramona: ...That's it, Coach. That's absolutely everything we inherited from Dad.
Arctos: Hmmm, okay. I think I've got a read on things. ...Mostly.
Renee: "Mostly"? Does this guy really know what he's doing?
Arctos: You believe in me, right? In the program? Then keep believing to the end!
Renee: Right, right. Sure. Anyway, what could you tell about us?
Arctos: Look, this is something ol' Coach can't just tell ya with words—you gotta experience it! You gotta experience it until it's coming outta your PORES!
Renee: *huff* *puff* I really fail to understand... how squats...will help our smithing...
Rena: *pant* My legs...are killing me...
Ramona: Th-this is nothin'... I can keep going... It's the perfect training!
Arctos: Aaaaand...STOP! But not for long— we're on to part two of the program!
The Prince: Ack! He's surrounding them with the fire from his body!
Renee: Uh, Coach? What exactly is the plan here?
Arctos: FOCUS! KEEP SQUATTING! GO, GO, GO! No smithy worth her salt is afraid of a little fire; you have to BE fire!
Renee: More squats in THIS heat?! *pant* I...can't... It's too much...
Rena: *pant* M-me neither... I'm pooped...!
Ramona: Hang on, Coach! This training is too much for my sisters!
Arctos: You don't decide when they're done... I DECIDE when they're done!
Ramona: Are you kiddin' me? Look at 'em! They can barely stand!
Arctos: THEN THEY BEST BRING THEIR "A" GAME, FOR LIMITS ARE MADE TO BE BROKEN! ...Or was all your talk about completing my program just a buncha hot air?
Rena & Renee: Ah!
Arctos: The greatest smiths keep calm in even the fieriest of workshops. And there's no better preparation for that than some RED-HOT SQUATS!
Renee: Ooo, I LIKE the idea of getting better by surpassing my limits! I'll do it, Coach! You're so darn intense I can't HELP but do it!
Rena: M-me too, Coach... I'm going to push myself even more!
Ramona: Whoa! Where the hell is THIS comin' from, you guys?
Arctos: The mind is willing even if the flesh is wobbly and exhausted from squatting! Now go, Renee! Go Rena! COACH BELIEVES IN YOU! ...But do YOU believe, Ramona? I think the only thing YOU believe is that you have to carry the load for your weak sisters.
Ramona: No, but... That's not... Look, I'm the one responsible for the damn workshop!
Rena: That's not quite right, Ramona.
Ramona: Huh?!
Rena: I know Dad's last request was that his workshop be entrusted to you. That's because you inherited the most important of all his smithing skills: the ability to control a flame's heat. But this and that are two totally different things, if you ask me! We all share the workshop—so we have to do our part, too. Wouldn't you agree?
Renee: Yeah! How can you STILL not believe in us after all we've been through?! I'm gonna beat this heat! Just you waaatch!
Ramona: You guys, I... You're both right. I understand now... So let's get through this program together!
Rena & Renee: Yeah!
Ramona: *pant* *pant* W-well, Coach...? Did we pass the red-hot squat test?
Arctos: Pass it? You ladies CRUSHED it! Now there's no heat you can't withstand! Ramona, you've been afraid to let your flame go all out because you thought it might hurt your sisters. Ain't that so?
Renee: Wait, is that true?!
Ramona: Um, well...sorta?
Renee: Oh my gosh, rude! SO rude!
Arctos: Tucker down there, tiger. Now that your sister understands there's no I in team, she's free to unleash her full power.
Rena: Then let's see it in action, Sis.
Ramona: Arise, O flame! (Now it's time to take it up a notch... but if the three of us overcame Coach's red-hot squats, we can overcome THIS!) Arise, O flame! Burn hotter still! Renee! Let's cool this a bit!
Renee: Roger that! And now the final touch, Rena!
Rena: Okay, steel! Time to drink your mana!
The Prince: Whoa! The heat is so intense, yet you three are smithing like it's nothing!
Arctos: That's the power of the program— AND my red-hot squats! But a great work ethic means you're the first in the gym and the last one out, so your program has only just begun. FOLLOW COACH, LADIES! TO THE TREES!
Ranzal: Ya wanna go see what happens next, boss? It's turnin' into quite the show.
