Strength Up
Strength Up increases the user's strength.
- The maximum amount of strength buffs that can be active at a time is 20. While 20 buffs are active, any further strength buffs are ignored until one of the 20 buffs wears off.
- The maximum strength boost from buffs (that is, not passives) is 200%. This cap is enforced with higher priority than the 20-buffs cap.
