Dialogue
Lucretia: And we talked about performing a song for him, right, Elias?
Elias: Yes, the prince is a big music fan, so it seemed like the perfect gift. We have to pay him back somehow for the yummy candy he gave us!
Yue: He gave me a huge hunk of juicy meat, so I'm gonna pay him back by finding a huger, JUICIER hunk!
Fleur: Wow, you guys really put a lot of thought into this. I never could have come up with all of that.
Fleur: Now I for sure have to come up with something flashy and impressive!
Fleur: ...Still, if he's getting all these amazing gifts from everyone, does he even NEED something from little ol' me?
Norwin: Why, hello there, Fleur. Have you come to do a bit of sketching as well?
Norwin
Fleur: He doesn't need me, Norwin. Not at all. What am I gonna dooooo?!
Norwin: ...Ah, I see. You're fretting over a thank- you gift for the prince in return for his own thoughtful Valentine's present.
Norwin: Well, perhaps you might consider doing a painting for him? Your work IS marvelous.
Fleur: Yeah, but that's what I ALWAYS do!
Fleur: The others are all giving him gifts that EXPLODE with individuality, so I've really got to hit him the with ol' razzle-dazzle!
Norwin: Hmm. Well, if you ask me, the amount of "razzle-dazzle" in a gift is not so important as all that.
Norwin: Rather, a gift should simply be focused on the person for whom it is intended.
Fleur: He's a prince, which means he has a big pile of gold to buy whatever he wants. So that means the important thing is how UNIQUE the thing is that I give him!
Norwin: Er, that's not the point I was trying to—
Fleur: Those other gifts aren't flashy— they're UNIQUE!
Fleur: I totally get it now! THAT'S what matters!
Fleur: Thanks a ton, Norwin. I gotta go do research to find something no one else will EVER think to get him!
Norwin: Wait, Fleur! I'm not done talking about... Oh dear. She's gone.
Norwin: I fear there's something more important for gifts than merely being unique...
