The Waterwyrm, Mercury, guards the Aquapolis from her home in the sea. She abounds with motherly love, swimming calmly through the ocean, keeping watch over its shoals.

Even once she was able to go ashore, the seas ever remained her home, the place she sought to protect above all else. The sea creatures welcomed her visits, and she in turn continued to share with them her love.

But she held no mercy for any who would pollute or disrespect the seas. In an instant all kindness would leave her countenance, a terrible and surging anger in its place.

Her rage is tempestuous, her judgment absolute. Those who make an enemy of the Queen of the Blue Seas can do naught but lament the depths of their own folly.

May all who sail atop the sea's azure crests bear righteous hearts, that they might come upon kind-hearted Mercury, the water's Queen and guardian.
