Overview[edit | edit source]

Gala Dragalia is a special summon showcase which has special features over normal summon showcases, such as:

  • Limited-time Gala Dragalia versions of adventurers will be added, available only while Gala Dragalia is active.
    • Starting with the April 2020 Gala Dragalia (which added Gala Mars), Gala Dragalia versions of dragons may appear as well.
    • Starting from the April 2020 release of Gala Mars, new Gala Dragalia units have alternated between adventurers and dragons each month.
  • The initial appearance rate for 5 Icon Rarity 5.png adventurers and dragons will be increased to 6% from the standard 4%.
  • If a 5 Icon Rarity 5.png fails to appear within 60 summons (instead of the normal 100 summons), then a 5 Icon Rarity 5.png will specially appear in the summon after that.
  • Starting from the May 2020 Gala Dragalia (which added Gala Leif), Gala Dragalia sometimes features new permanent units alongside the limited Gala units.

Schedule[edit | edit source]

Originally, Gala Dragalia Showcases were scheduled to take place every two months.

  • However, the Gala Dragalia that added Gala Mars occurred only a month after the Gala Dragalia that added Gala Alex.
  • Afterwards, the June 2020 edition of "This Month In Dragalia Lost" stated that future Gala Dragalia Showcases will be held at "irregular intervals".
    • From July 2020 onwards, Gala Dragalia Showcases have followed a consistent pattern of Gala Dragalia Remix in the middle of the month, and a normal Gala Dragalia featuring a new unit at the end of the month.

Variations[edit | edit source]

July 2020 introduced a variation called "Gala Dragalia Remix", which has the following changes:

  • Some older Gala units are on rate up - typically one adventurer and one dragon. If there is no Gala dragon on rate up, then a second Gala adventurer doesn't take the dragon's place.
  • The showcase does not introduce a new Gala unit.
  • Not all older Gala units are available in the non-rate-up pool. Usually only one is available, matching the element of the rate up Gala adventurer.
