Attack Rate Up increases the user's attack speed.
- This increases the speed of standard attacks, as well as skill anmations.
- Force Strike charging speed is not affected, but the speed of the Force Strike animation once it is released is affected.
- The maximum attack rate boost from buffs is 50%.
