A Lakeside MeetingSummary
The unknown child calls himself Ed, and claims to have been heading for the building on the lake in order to free his captured older brother. The prince and his allies try to convince him to stop, but Ed will not yield. He then takes off running with the group in hot pursuit.

Gala Prince: Where did that child go?!
???: ......
Gala Prince: There!
Gala Prince: Are you all right? Are you hurt?
???: You are...
Gala Prince: I'm Euden, the seventh scion of the Alberian royal family.
???: Ah. I see now who you are.
Luca: Not sure if you're aware of this, kid, but apparently this whole dang area is off-limits. What are you DOING here?!
???: I was indeed unaware.
Gala Prince: Well, I'm just glad you're not hurt. What's your name?
???: I am...Ed.
Gala Prince: All right, Ed. Can you tell us what you're doing all the way out here?
Ed: I seek my elder brother.
Notte: Your brother's here, too?! Man, your whole FAMILY is wackadoodle!
Gala Prince: Can you tell us anything else, Ed? We might be able to help you.
Ed: My brother went away.
Cleo: Whatever do you mean?
Ed: He is in the place where smoke billows forth.
Gala Prince: That building over there? Are you sure?
Ed: I am certain of it. That is why I must go.
Elisanne: I fear this whole affair to be the work of Prince Phares.
Ranzal: So ya think he's cartin' innocent people off to the ol' smoke factory there? The hell is WRONG with that guy?!
Gala Prince: I can't believe Phares would stoop so low, but we'll have to check it out anyway.
Gala Prince: Er, thank you for talking to us, Ed. As it turns out, we were just headed to that building as well.
Ed: Then we shall move as one.
Gala Prince: That's very brave of you, but I'm afraid it's much too dangerous for a child.
Gala Prince: I promise to find your brother for you if you just wait here. All right?
Ed: Very well.
Ed: Then I shall go alone.
Ed: ...You are not what you seem, Euden.
Gala Prince: Huh? Ed, what are you...
Gala Prince: Ed? Ed, wait!
Ranzal: Stubborn little runt, ain't he? Well, we better get after him before he gets himself hurt.
Gala Prince: You're right. He could run into another dragon—or worse. Let's go, everyone!
